Keystone
Cattle Services was established by Cliff and Lynn Orley in April 1977.
Located in Lebanon, PA, it is a multi-faceted purebred beef cattle service
enterprise.
Lynn Orley is a native of Lancaster County, Pennsylvannia, where she grew
up involved in the family cattle business. From her commercial cattle
roots, she progressed into successfully fitting and showing steers and
purebred heifers on a state and regional level.
Cliff Orley is a native of Ohio and a graduate of Ohio State University.
While attending O.S.U., Cliff served as the assistant coach for the O.S.U.
Collegiate Livestock Judging Team. Upon graduation, Cliff accepted a
Animal Science teaching position at the University of Kentucky, as well as
coaching the U.K. Livestock Judging Team. When Cliff decided to pursue
graduate study, he chose Penn State University and served as the assistant
coach of the Penn State Livestock Judging Team.
Cliffs passion for purebred cattle production soon drew him from academia
into the private sector. He and Lynn took the management reins at Gran-Del
Farms, in Crestwood, KY and proceeded to win the coveted Charolais
National Challenge Trophy (National Premier Exhibitor Award) not once, but
three times.
After
a successful management career, Cliff and Lynn decided to offer their
fitting/showing services to multiple breeds. From the start, their
criteria has been high quality, competitive cattle no matter the breed.
Since its conception, Keystone Cattle Services has bred, flushed, cared
for, fit and shown numerous champions in the Angus, Charolais, Chianina,
Gelbvieh, Hereford, Maine-Anjou, Simmental and Shorthorn breeds.
Cliff has judged numerous livestock shows on regional, state, national and
international levels.
Please enjoy the web site and watch for Cliff and Lynn as they continue to
provide the best in livestock services. |
